Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from www.urbanlinedesign.com. We accept returns on non-personalized products up to 15 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us by email at customerservice@urbanlinedesign.com. The item must be in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Adjustments must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.
