Will my notes look exactly like the sample?
While we do our best to make your notes look as close to the color on screen as possible, you should be prepared for a variance in color between what you see on screen and what your notes will actually look like. Computer monitors use an RGB color model, while the printing process for paper uses CMYK, so printed colors might look slightly lighter or darker than they do on a computer monitor. Additionally, not all monitors show color exactly alike.
Will my name look exactly like the sample?
When we personalize your note cards, we will use the same colors and fonts that you see in the sample, so your notes will look very close to what you see here. However, keep in mind that different names, depending on their length, might require a slightly different sized font in order to fit into the design, so a slight variance is possible.
How long does it take to get my cards?
In many cases, you can receive your cards in about a weeks' time! Our personalized notes require 5-7 business days for processing and printing, and then ship to you via UPS. Shipping time can range from 1-5 business days, depending on which delivery method you choose at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my personalized notes?
Sorry, no. Since personalized notes are custom designed, we cannot accept returns. If there is a typographical error on our part, we will gladly exchange your notes so that they correctly reflect your order.
Do I have to use my name on customized notes?
No. Please feel free to consider using these notes for the name of your business, a special event, or to say, "Thank You." It is also possible to add a line or two of text to the inside of your personalized notes for a small additional charge. Can I use a different font or change the case for my name?
Your name will appear in the font and case pictured. The font and case are part of the design, so we are unable to change them.
Do the cards fold on the top or the side?
Currently all of our cards are designed with a horizontal orientation, and so the fold will be at the top of the card.
What if I'm not sure I'll like my personalized notes?
If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@urbanlinedesign. We want you to get all the answers you need to feel confident in your order. This is very important, as we want you to be happy with your order and we do not accept returns on customized notes.
